How do I return an item?

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. To start a return, email us at info@romix.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Please note: sale items cannot be refunded. How long does it take to deliver my order?

All UK mainland orders are delivered within 1–3 working days with our standard delivery service, which is completely free on every order with no minimum spend. Need it faster? Next day delivery is available at checkout for an additional charge. We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.

Does ROMIX offer international shipping?

We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are based in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or the Channel Islands, please contact us at info@romix.co.uk before placing your order and we will advise on delivery options.

What payment methods does ROMIX accept?
