You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. To start a return, email us at info@romix.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. You are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Please note: sale items cannot be refunded. All UK mainland orders are delivered within 1–3 working days with our standard delivery service, which is completely free on every order with no minimum spend. Need it faster? Next day delivery is available at checkout for an additional charge. We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
