Le tapis est très confortable, malheureusement il est également très fragile. Après un mois d’utilisation, il a déjà de nombreux accrocs, alors que je ne fais que des exercices de gainage (sans chaussures, je précise). Je conseille de rechercher un autre produit, plus résistant.

Nice and thick. Doesn’t hurt the knee or elbow that’s what matters for me. Lots of knee and elbow gone into it and have to say it’s memory is pretty good. Mainly do planks so very handy for me personally. It’s slippery so better if you use cotton socks while on it. After only a few use, it looks like it has been used for a while. Not that i care. Overall good.
