It is pretty much good and supportive to the knees.
They are very good, the girls are very effective and they hardly slip at all but can suffer slight movement caused by repeated exercise
No.
No, I wear it all day at work very comfortable and no sweating.
They can be used all year round with no problems.

Supports my knee well and reduces the pain I have due to my knee cap moving. Have used many knee supports and braces in the past and this is one of the best

Comfortable highly adjustable support following torn ACL. Easy to wash too. The material is thick enough to provide necessary support but thin enough to wear discreetly under skits or loose fitting trousers. I wouldn’t trust my knee to support me as I recuperate without it. I have used it every day now for three months, in the gym, when cycling and walking etc – I have experienced no issues with it slipping down or being uncomfortable as some other reviewers report.
Gemma –
I got this support to help with my arthritis pain, and while sitting down with my feet up it’s works well, but isn’t pretty uncomfortable behind the knee when moving. The brace itself has lots of padding and a decent support around the knee with three straps that are adjustable and fixed with Velcro.Once on tightly I definitely felt a difference when going from sitting to standing in my knee pain which was exactly what I wanted, but I wouldn’t be able to work out or go jogging in this as the straps rub behind my knee.I do however think they only rub as the whole thing is a tad to big for my knee and claf and I have to have the straps pulled so far around that they don’t sit right at the back and over lap. It states this is a medium and the smallest size they seem to offer so there’s no real fix for that for me, but if you have larger legs I would imagine it’s a little more comfortable.Overall this support works well but isn’t comfortable on me due to its large size but I’d still recommend it for others with larger knees as it did help my knee pain when on.

The product seems a little flimsy only time will tell if efficient

Helped with confidence following a knee that repeatedly dislocated. So far it’s held it in place playing rugby.
Steven Bright –
It’s OK. Find the straps at the back become uncomfortable after a while.
Robert W. –
Snapped my cruciate playing rugby a few years ago had three ops and have nothing else that can be done and told to look after. Now lm I getting older find I need to look after more so not to damage and have swellingI bought this support and can honestly say it really helps,I like to do circuits, cycling and total body workouts and this support is great gives me confidence and support and is very comfortable to wear
Justy W –
I always had a problem with the size. This product is great, soft and comfortable material and most importantly stretchy
Helen –
What I really like about this knee support is the ability to adjust the straps and the support I got throughout the day. It is very comfortable and doesn’t bunch up behind the knee as some of the others I’ve tried. I was able to continue with my hobbies: sailing and horse riding. It didn’t slip or move around too much and the lateral supports that run along the knee are particularly good as I got some extra protection against rotary pressures on the knee as well. Overall I’m very happy with the product and would recommend it.The customer care and support that comes with this product is also very commendable which, for me, helps this product stand out that little bit more.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this knee support is the best one I’ve used. Doesn’t slip or slide, even over my shiny dance leggings. First one that doesn’t cut off my blood supply either by being too tight.I’ve had a knee injury about 25 years ago and also have early inset osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia.I wore it for rehearsal and was dancing in it for several hours without any clicking or pain. BRILLIANT!

Super easy to put on, adjust & very comfortable!! I’ve been immobile for the last 3 days, due to an old football injury to my knee 🙁 As soon as I put the support on; I was able to walk again (living alone, this is very helpful!). It’s so good, I just ordered a 2nd one for me other knee, for full support. Life-changer

I hurt my knee on a trampoline 2 weeks ago I have been on crutches since and off work. My knee used to buckle and feel like my patella was falling to my shin, I was in agony Everytime this occured and since wearing this it has buckled but has been kept in place by the brace. I can also walk without crutches now

I had a bad left knee due the past injury. I needed some support during my body weight trainings. I got 1 for left knee, made all movements easier and safer. I got 1 more for the other knee now. inner lycra is really useful to protect the skin. I got this product because 4 way strap system. It really works better than 2 ways and much more comfortable. perfect for daily body weight exercises.

Fits great, and relieves my pain when playing football!
Ms. C. E. Allen –
Very well made material – ordered asA spare to my other knee brace, to assist in managing my joint hyper mobility where I suffer from frequent knee dislocations, swelling, joint pain. The only thing it the brace could be improved upon is to increase the ability of the brace to stretch as I also have permanent edema- (swelling on and around my kneecap that is permanent and does not go away) the brace just about fits my normal level of swelling (edema) but does not fit when ever I have a knee dislocation and the aftermath swelling. So my advice would be to buy this if you are looking for something to wear during day to day activates or sports usage. Remember to always measure the joint before ordering taking into account usage purposes and if you have any other symptoms/ medical history that could affect use of the device
Mrs M. –
Easy to put on and gives good support and stability. Material is good quality. Velcro fastening works well. Delivery was fast and packaged well.
Biff –
This is a really comfortable knee support. Many I have tried ruck up behind the knee causing discomfort but this one has a middle strap that can be loosened to allow the knee to fully bend. The top and bottom straps allow the brace to fit well to the thigh and calf width and be tightened as the swelling goes down. The padded patella area prevents friction on the knee cap but allows you to kneel if necessary without causing problems. The velcro system is quite smooth so doesn’t catch on trousers. This has really helped with being able to walk upstairs without too much pain. The breathable material didn’t make the skin sweat underneath. This knee support is a little more expensive than other I have tried but it is certainly worth the extra cost.

Very good product

I have previously been using elasticated supports, and found that I needed to replace them after about a month as they lost their elasticity; so I have tried changing to the velcro type. After a month of daily use, the Exodus support is working well. It’s more tricky to put on than simple elasticated types of support, but looks like lasting considerably longer.
DW –
Great knee brace. Comfortable and fits to the knee snugly. Tight velcro straps to keep in place. Lovely soft stretchy material. Excellent for knee repair, exercise or support. Great item
Nicholas Forrest –
Provides plenty of support when my arthritic knees flare up.
J. Griffin –
Very pleased with product. Have bought straps at twice the price but feel the four straps give a secure fit
XRWoody –
Best knee support I have found so far, and the Velcro attachments are much better than other straps I have tried.Only criticism is that the comfort strap that goes behind the knee gets a bit out of shape with use, don’t let this stop you from trying this knee support.
Craig Rouse –
I have become a lot more active lately and as a result I get some pains, tiredness and tension in my knee joints particularly after cycling.I want to still be able to go to the gym and do some squats or practise my tennis serve without doing any damage or add additional stress on to an already slightly irksome joint or tendon. So I have been using this knee support to help out. I am not in the sports field, nor am I any kind of clinician so I can’t really offer much advice there but from my own personal experience, this just provides the support I need so I am not over exerting myself and putting too much pressure on my left knee. It does what it needs to do.In terms of comfort, I feel like a sock style knee support is more comfortable and easier to use but probably doesn’t offer the flexibility to tighten and loosen as much as this product. The neoprene can be stretchy so you don’t lose too much mobility but to give the support you need then you have to be putting it on tight (or at least I am). The material itself is not ideal for being too tight as it can get a bit hot and sweaty and it kind of ‘pools’ if you will. Certainly could do with a couple tweaks but definitely offers me some comfort and plenty of support.

I’m a runner, I’ve had a torn meniscus for 5 months and lately pain coming from my kneecap. I wore this brace for the first time to try to complete a half marathon this weekend (28. May 2017). I had intended to get round by 5 mins walking and 2 mins running. It was so cold at the start that I decided to run to warm up – I stopped running after 2hs and 26 mins 🙂 The brace is a success because of the two small straps that hold the knee above and below the cap! well done Romix, congratulations on a great piece of kit and many thanks for getting me round :))))
Bone –
This is a fantastic knee support for runners, it really strengthens and supports the knee and provides great stability. Not only did it get me through The Grizzly race, it also saved my knee from getting seriously damaged when I fell and smacked it on a rock. This is a quality product, I highly recommend it to you.
Roger –
This knee brace is quick to put on and is secure when in position – it’s not shown any tendency to slip down. The support it provides is superb.
Gary Campbell –
Easy fit and good support
Mark –
Suffer extremely badly with osteoarthritis bin my knees and hips and my right knee finally collapsed under me whilst walking. Ordered this support to see if it would help at all and, I can now walk again fairly comfortably with plenty of support. The support is very adjustable and comfortable, I just wish I’d bought it before and my knee probably wouldn’t have collapsed.
Coppola –
Good support I recommend
Rose M. –
This was my second one of these and the only reason I replaced it was , after 3 years it was not staying fastened. Absolutely brilliant and so comfortable to wear due to the inner sleeve which is non slip. Would definitely recommend to anyone with knee problems.
Dr JB –
This is a thin, yet supportive design, suitable for females as well as the male shown in the user video. The velcro straps are strong and easy to position comfortably so the support can be worn all day with high level of comfort, without pinching or scratching from the Velcro itself. The reinforcements down the side do mirror the position of the side ligaments around the knee (VCO and MCL), lending bracing support where it’s most needed. The inner satin sleeve does provide extra comfort, and the support can easily be worn invisibly under trousers, yet allow bending of the knee when required. The four velcro straps allow comfortable positioning so the back of the knee can move comfortably. There is a lot of guidance from the vendor in terms of how to use the support to gain the most from it, and I’ve been very happy with the product after purchasing it following a knee ligament injury.
Cheshire Lady –
I needed to use a knee support for walking after an injury. My knee definitely felt more stable and secure when wearing it. It doesn’t slip and stays in place. My only complaint was that the smaller straps felt a bit uncomfortable behind my knee after several hours of wear. But the good news is I now no longer need to use it for walking around and my knee is much improved.
liam15058 –
Purchased this because i had read good reviews about this support. Since my acl reconstruction my knee has never been the same and I wanted to get back to playing 7 a side football. I used this support for the first time last night and it was great. I forgot I actually had it on, no sliding down like you normally get. Normally my knee would have swollen up afterwards but there was nothing. I had so much more stability and confidence with moving around
Mrs. A. LIVINGSTON –
I found it difficult to find a knee brace that fitted and this ticked that box. It’s also comfortable and enables me to do my favourite exercise which is Zumba as my knee feels supported and protected against high impact.

Very good support keeps knee in postion
Mr. Alan Daley –
Too early for an proper assessment, I’ve only tried it on to see if it fits. However, it’s seems robust, comfortable and put together very well.
Samir Davis –
Injured my knee playing football, possibly MCL or Meniscus (annoyingly). Been resting it for a few weeks now started bit of light exercises. So needed some support as knee not stable i used bandages, sleeves and KT tape but they didn’t help so looked for a brace. Many of them looked to basic give any real support and the ones looked “good” seem very expensive. This one was affordable and looked to give support and it did I haven’t used it for very long but it’s definitely better than sleeves, and bandages it’s adjustable to give better hold and bends with knee easily.good brace.
David Wardley –
User says very comfortable, better than last one she used. Very happy.
Mandy Christie –
My knee unexpectedly became extremely painful leaving it unstable and I was unable to weight bear confidently. GP’s of no help, due to Covid and as I’m a nurse I wasn’t about to bother A+E, so decided to try this support. After reading the other reviews I decided to send for it. Although it has to be tight, it feels supportive and provides the stability I need, I especially like the smaller straps that go under and over the top of the knee itself. Due an Xray soon.
Liz Knott –
This support is the best one I have tried, you may need to adjust it throughout the day for comfort as your knee may go up & down in size, but that would be down to the individuals need, this doesn’t take away all of my pain, but the minute I put it on, I felt a lot more supported & the relief was great. The support it gives me, gives me more confidence in walking & doing things. I would certainly recommend anyone to give it a go, after all, you may have nothing to loose but a lot to gain, give it a go.

The ROMIX Knee Support for Men Women arrives pocked in a box. I tried this on and put this on the wrong way round, then tried the other way round and made a good compact knee support for my my knee. In use this was practical and nicely facilitated what this is made for. I had a knee issue which occurred around 3 weeks ago and placed this on my knee when i walk for 20 minutes in the evening. I thought this was a good quality set and this facilitated what this is designed for to support the knee.
Blue Swain –
This product is fantastic. The material is soft on the skin and the straps are very supportive.
Amazon Customer –
Easy to fit, light and very effective.

Very pleased with this purchase. I hardly know I’m wearing it. Light, comfortable and I like the method of strapping. So pleased I’ve ordered another.
Tweedytorri –
After damaging my knee on a run I could not put weight on it and had to use crutches in side of home for a good week and then out and about for a few weeks. On the third week a friend bought the Knee Support Brace over for me to try and immediately I could weight bear. I ordered one myself with arrived the following day and a week later I feel so much better and can weight bear. I am so tempted to go for a run but realise that would be silly and need to heal properly but I highly recommend this as it has worked for me. I would still get checked out by your health professional/physio though in case it is not the right type of brace for your injury.
