I brought this roller to help ease some tension in my back and feet while pregnant (still am) it is brilliant. It gives my back a crack in a safer manner than twisting or bear hugs. It is very sturdy for the money and doesn’t leave a mark after. It isn’t too slippery on the feet yet still gives my back enough support when rolling. So far so good and was very well packaged. May be buying a second for my partner in the near future. He isn’t pregnant just enjoys the concept. Overall a great product and very good value for money!

I am currently using this roller for my herniated disc and sciatica. It is good as you can do leg roll and arm lift extercises without straining. You can also use it to roll down inflamed muscles to loosen them. Would definitely recommend this product.

The idea is good.I suffer back ache regularly.The bumps/notches seem to releive the pain.But when u have a back ache, it is rather difficult to use … if only it was rolling pin size, then someone else could roll it on your back.

I have 3 prolapsed discs, so I have been exploring many different pain relief methods. While this obviously will not fix my condition, it makes me feel wonderful. I have recommended this to so many people. It will hurt at first but please be patient because it is so worth it. I use mine everyday. After few minutes there is some physical relief. But most of all it has really helped my mood which has been pretty low due to my back pain.Even though it cannot cure my serious condition it has really improved my quility of life.
