I have been using this yoga mat multiple times a week since I bought this. Thickness is just perfect, not too spongy or too thick. It doesn’t slip at all!Most importantly, It doesn’t have the pool toy like smell which inspired me to use this mat for everyday use whenever I do my yoga. Came very quickly. Seems right for the job though a notice with it says it will bio-degrade with time – how long?It does come with a bag and a string as an alternative. Really tricky to get back in the bag though. Perhaps there is a nack.Pretty good value for money, bearing in mind more expensive ones don’t come with a bag at all
