I have been using this yoga mat multiple times a week since I bought this. Thickness is just perfect, not too spongy or too thick. Came very quickly. Seems right for the job though a notice with it says it will bio-degrade with time – how long?It does come with a bag and a string as an alternative. Really tricky to get back in the bag though. Perhaps there is a nack.Pretty good value for money, bearing in mind more expensive ones don’t come with a bag at all
