These resistance bands are great. They can provide a large amount of resistance meaning you can do a large range of exercises with them. The door stop works well and offers a good place to secure the bands in order to do exercises. The handles work well, they are easy to grip onto and mean that you can perform movements such as bicep curls very easily. The wrist or ankle cuffs are a good addition. All the attachments and carabiners and bands are good quality and I would recommend buying these if you’re looking for some resistance bands.

this set of resistant tubes is great for those who want to train at home. the set includes different coloured tubes ranging from different weights from 10lbs to 50lbs, door anchor, ankle straps x2 and a storage pouch. as a mum to two little ones i find it difficult to go to the gym so using these tubes im able to get a fitness session in at the comfort of my own home as im just getting back into fitness i find the yellow tube is my best friend so far ive yet to master the higher resistant tubes. this set also comes with a booklet showing a few exercises on how to use the tube and straps. ive not use the ankle straps or door anchor yet i feel the door wont be strong enough to support me. it will work much better on a metal pole or something than a door. as i mentioned before the kit does come with a pouch which makes the portable so can take these over to my mums house and make sure i dont miss my workout session. the tubes are made of rubber which makes them great for stretching and building muscle exercises so hopefully they will last a long time. overall id say they are a great set priced fairly well and im satisfied with them so far

Wow I couldn’t believe how good these could be . A few pulls and you feel it. You can add black , blue & red together and it’s like a full on work out. I’m a fitness freak I’ve already got myself a set of these resistant bands and they’re not the same As these ones and I will explain the differences. however I’m just going to give a quick summary they are great they do the job really well they feel quite premium which I like.Overall I feel like the benefits of this product is that it does do the work it is the right resistance for each one however obviously you have to reach a certain level of stretch in order for you to fill the resistance and that’s quite sad with certain resistant bands as you can’t really stretch out as much as you would like to stretch it but it goes up to a total of 150 pounds which is around 70 KG which is quite good to be honest specially if you’re wanting to build that muscle and get yourself started off before you move on to weights or the gym these are perfect and you can carry around in the little bag they give you as well. for those of you who don’t know what certain parts of these products do the rope with the bulge at the end is for you to have when you attach it near a door and then close the doors here then you can use the resistance bands while is attached to the door. the ones that are just like a circular they attached to the resistant bands is for for example your leg or your hands if you were to just spread them out you can easily put your foot through it and use that. and of course the last one is the grip the hand grip you can use for various different activities I don’t think I need to go into detail but you literally have on your hands you can do bicep curls tricep extensions however you want. the feel of the product is really good it’s quality and you can tell it’s quality just by feeling the rubber band.

I’m a 30 year lifter so have a few issues to work around – keeping rotator cuffs healthy etc. I’m also a long term home trainer having had my power rack at home along with barbells and plates for over 20 years. These bands fill a gap for me in terms of some mobility and joint health whilst also being a handy item to take with me when I travel for work. I’ve no idea re the markings for kg/lbs but the bands can be swapped about to sort everything out that I need. Nothing has torn or stretched on me yet and given I squat 180 -200 kgs for reps and bench 125+ I think I’d have found weaknesses by now. My one minor criticism is I advent found anywhere to but a couple more of the strongest bands individually as that would let me get resistance to bang on for some exercises if using them in a hotel on an overnight stay. Other than that, great product, well executed and priced.

Really good value set for home workouts. The range of resistance strengths is ideal for beginners and experienced users alike as you can attach them together to increase resistance. A basic paper pamphlet is included with some example exercises to try out if you are new to this sort of thing but to be honest Google and YouTube are probably better sources. The handles are padded which makes them comfortable to use and overall quality and durability seems good so far. They have also provided a little bag to keep them all together but this could have done with being slightly bigger! My only issue with these is that the product title refers to them being for men!!

I was honestly surprised by the quality of this set of resistance bands, given its price and what you get for the money.The bands appear to be robustly constructed, as do the accessories: 2 handles, two ankle straps and a door anchor (which is a particularly useful thing to have) together with a simple carry bag.The resistance bands themselves are clearly colour-coded and can, of course, be used individually or in combination with each other – so in spite of the fact that it claims in the main heading that this set is for men, it’s entirely suitable for women too. (For reference, I’m female and middle-aged and I use resistance bands to work on my upper-body and all-important core strength …)A really good, budget-priced set of bands for your home gym.

I got these resistance bands to replace my weights as they are a great muscle building tool. They come in 5 different colours. Each colour represents a resistance strength: from extra light to extra heavy; from 10 lbs to 50 lbs or even more; if you combine them, approximately up to 75 lbs. So the intensity of your training can be easily adjusted. The foam, non-slip handles, ankle straps, door anchor and the instructions were also included in the travel bag, in which everything fits nicely. The resistance bands were designed specially to exercise your muscles. The rubber bands do work, as you can feel it after a couple of pull. Using them regularly, you can achieve great results. I suggest you create an exercise program. Loads of them are available on the internet. You can do exercise in the comfort of your home, or it can be taken with you anywhere (gym, park, overnight stay etc). The bands can be used with other exercise programs, such as yoga, pilates etc. They are perfect for chest, back, shoulder, abdominal muscles; also hip and leg training.Great for the price! For the price it’s fantastic that you get absolutely everything you need that fits sturdily in a little bag; the whole range of bands suitable for beginners to more advanced and universally accessible regardless of gender. It’s not too heavy so would be a really easy item to travel with, whether locally or internationally. The handles are on par with what they have in my local gym and I’m pleased with the quality. More and more research is showing that resistance bands are a particularly effective way of working out and building muscle. If you want the option to workout at home or prefer to solely do that, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend having some of these in the house.

Just started with these, heatwave in August is not the best time. But what I’ve tried so far is OK, linked 2 of the lower strengths together and got a good pump, I used to lift 140 plus kilos with ease but after a shoulder injury I’m now at this level, I think it will be very helpful in my recovery, not to much stress on the tendon etc I would recommend you try this , make up your own exercises or do you tube, loads to choose from.

I’ve used conventional resistance bands, but this is the first time I’ve tried this type of bands. Their clear advantage is the “stackability”, meaning that you can clip on from one to five bands to give a weight of, supposedly, anything between 10lb and 150lb. (I can’t confirm if the calibration is correct, but I’ve no way of checking; however, I easily managed to do a front lateral stretch using all the bands together, even with a slightly knackered shoulder). Then there is the variety of exercises you can do (see photo of the leaflet included). Not sure I’d want to risk using the door anchor for heavy weights, and as the door needs to be firmly in place for this you may be limited to an outside door. I’d be quite happy with the handles and ankle straps, which give you plenty of scope for both upper and lower body work.After using this set, you may want to migrate on to tougher kit, but this is a good starting point. I doubt that these tubes will last as long as conventional loop bands, but for £10 you really can’t go wrong. You even get a drawstring storage bag so the pesky tubes don’t get out of control.As with all forms of muscle exercise, if you’re a beginner it’s worth getting guidance from someone experienced before use, and building up the amount and level of exercise gradually.

Just got it.The bag had a tear on the stitching but the interior contents were fine,good buy if you’re looking for home-gym utilities.The packaging is all neatly assorted and I got it in a brown paper bag.It will be easy to carry and is overall very useful if you need it and use it appropriately.
