F.A.Q
Not hard it's soft and durable enough to do the exercise.
It depends on you. It took approximately 1 min from my side.
The Pilates method of non-impact exercise is safer than other forms of exercise as it puts the body under less stress.
Not really, But its durable and Non slip.

This Pilates ball is good for getting the most out of your workout. It comes deflated but is easy to blow up. You need to keep it a bit floppy though and not to put too much air in. Great for lower back. Good quality and a fair price.
Jonathan Bourget-Murray –
I was worried I would have to buy a pump to inflate this, but it comes with an easy tool to inflate it yourself (a straw that you blow through) and a plug that has stayed in place well (you also get a few extra plugs, just in case). I have rolled around on this regularly, and it has stood up to use well.

Supplied with two inflation tubes and two bungs. Quick and easy to inflate, soft pliable pilates ball. Anti slip material that is comfortable to hold in one hand. The Romix logo is a mirror image, not that it matters but does seem strange.

Sturdy ball and easy to blow up. Only took seconds and the ball was ready to go. Can definitely confirm that this is an anti burst ball because when it’s not used for sports my little one who is 14 months uses and abuses it as well as chomps and throws himself on it. It does not even have the slightest scratch to it. Love that you can pick different colours and the purple I chose is exactly as in the pictures. The air stays sealed in the ball and doesn’t deflate for ages.

A robust ball fit for purpose. Easy to inflate and deflate. Good value .

Inflating can be a problem as that as soon as you remove the straw; the ball starts to deflate. Hence only 3 stars, since then worked out what works. Good value and comfortable between to use
chezfavi –
Easy to inflate, seems very sturdy and came with extra tools should you need to inflate it again or replace the pin. Great value for money.

It’s a bit difficult to inflate as you can’t hold the air in you have to be quick to put in plug. It’s doing the job I got it for and using it as part of my physiotherapy after hip surgery

Superb. I was surprised how robust this is especially as you inflate orally. But great product. Very strong and perfect for daily use.

A good quality and sturdy small ball perfect for my needs. I have weak knees and also suffer from back pain, and was advised by my physiotherapist to do some resistance exercises using a small ball.I was sceptical at first since I have only used a big fitness ball before, but surprisingly, it’s actually great for strengthening my core as well as for toning my legs. This beautiful striking purple coloured ball is smooth to touch, easy to clean and very firm. It can withstand my weight (I’m not a skinny lady!) for a long time without any signs of deflation. Even though I can use the supplied tube to inflate the ball, I use a ball pump instead as it’s easier and faster. It needs to be under-inflated in use, so it should not be pumped too hard.Priced at £5.99 (at the time of writing), seems like a fair price to pay for a good quality and sturdy small ball.In short, I’m very pleased with this ball and it’s an easy recommendation from me.

Well priced, well made, bright, easy to inflate and does as exactly what it promises.Bright purple and soft and easy to use….mine had just died and when this appeared on my vine I was most excited. This is a another level compared to my very old one which cost somewhat more than this.Great for resistance training, balance and relaxation…..a great addition to your routine whatever you might do.

Bought to put in curve of my back when sitting but it’s too big for that job.

I can’t help wondering if the product that I received is a second, given that the Romix logo on the ball is back to front (see picture) but this aside, what’s good about this exercise ball is the fact that, deflated and folded, it’s very compact which makes it suitable for travelling. It’s easy to inflate with the straw provided. Plus there’s a spare. But I’ve struggled to inflate it fully as some of the air escapes between removing the straw and inserting the plug. There’s also a tool which is needed to remove the plug. Nice colour (purple) and texture, and a good option for Pilates and balance exercises.

Easy to inflate and good value for money

My Pilates teacher asked me to get this soft ball as she is going to introduce new exercises in to our Pilates Zoom classes using this equipment. This one is strong and you can make it softer by just putting less air in it. It’s just as advertised so a good piece of exercise equipment taking up very little room but you can certainly do a lot of exercises using this Trideer soft ball.

Great for the price, but when you blow it up make sure that you leave it a day and add more air to make sure it is really firm.
