    Let me preface by saying I’n in my upper 60’s. When it came, I put it together in all of about 2 minutes. The knee pad is fine if you keep your knees together. If you put your knees hip width apart, you’ll need another pad. No big deal. The pad is just something extra. The push up handles are great for me. When I do them on the floor, my wrists start to hurt quickly. These allow you to keep your wrist straight and you can vary the width and positioning easily to target different muscles and get a little more extension.Now for the roller. It rolls well on hard floors as well as thick carpet. The handles do slip some if you’re not careful of your form. I did a few roll outs when I got it and waited until the next day to see if I was sore. Didn’t feel much so I tried again the next day. Holy, swear words, Batman, core muscles were extremely sore. What was I thinking, trying this two days in a row? If I can get my stomach muscles back into shape like I want to, this thing will help me do it. I’m not ready yet for the resistance bands, but It’s a keeper.

    I liked the product becasue it is sturdy , feels very strong. It is also very convenient being a very small size and it consumes very little space. The band provided with the roller are a good help for starters becasue you can roll little bit further and bands help you when pulling back from stretched position. the push up bars are also very strong. In all, I liked the product very much.

    These are classic, tried and true workout tools that have been around for a while. They are good to have in the workout room. They are simple yet effective. The push-up bars give a great extension for positive results that and the ab roller really works as it should. Both are great strength and muscle builders for shoulders, chest, arms, lats and abs. They are not easy, but through determination and effort over time, you will see results. Add them to your workouts. Push yourself. Be better than a couch potato.Note: There is some assembly required, but pretty straight forward stuff here.

    When it comes, it comes in parts for installation and easier storage. The knee pad is fine if you keep your knees together, it isn’t the largest and does require you to have quite a small lower body. MY suggestion is maybe invest in a yoga mat or even just use a nice carpet near your knees, nevertheless The pad is just something extra I tend not to use anyways. Now for the roller. It rolls well on hard floors as well as thick carpets. The handles do slip some if you’re not careful of your form. I did a few roll outs when I got it and my core muscles were extremely sore. So safe to say it’s been working a treat.You may find when you first start using this you cant roll it out all the way, but your body will get use to it and your form will pick up. Just bare with it. Very quick to assemble with no fiddly bits. These are classic, tried and true workout tools that have been around for a while. They are good to have in the workout room. They are simple yet effective.I like that it is bigger than most ab rollers as it allows me to roll without feeling like I’m too hunched over, and I’m able to focus on contracting my abs more. It also feels more durable than most rollers, which can become flimsy after some time. Overall a great product that I am satisfied with. The build quality is great and for the price you can add a nice little piece of kit to your home gym.

    Even on the beginners position I found this so difficult to do which shows how unfit I am, I think it’s brilliant! It was so light to pick up which didn’t make me feel nervous about dropping it on my foot or anything! Not to mention my Granddaughter are constantly nosing at it which is safe for them as it isn’t a heavy object. They all wanted to have a try. After a few goes my stomach felt sore and I felt so much better in myself after a work out. Loved this!

The knee pad is very convenient for people who don’t have a yoga mat lying around. The push up bars are a nice extra touch that come with the ab roller and it’s accessories.     When I first got the kit, the feet of the pushup bars did not match the shape of the legs so it could not be assembled. I emailed the customer service with pictures, they replied within 24hrs and shipped me another kit immediately, and the new kit is great! It does not take much space and easy to take out and put away when want to. Very happy with the purchase.

    Was looking for an ab roller and saw this one that came with push up bars and went with it. Roller works as expected though I find that it’s a little hard on the hands if you’re not wearing padded gloves. Pad is fine and the bands are a nice touch, though I don’t use them.Oddly enough, I’m most happy with the push up bars. Now that I’m working out from home due to COVID with minimal equipment, I use the push up bars often. The added range of motion makes the workout a little better and also the neutral hand position is key for me since I have carpal tunnel. The set was a nice addition for my home workouts. So glad I acquired enough home equipment over the years to get decent workouts at home now that gym’s are closed.
