totally delighted with this product as I’ve been suffering from sciatica & piriformis syndrome which has prevented me from running for 6mths now. I had to contact the supplier to deliver the pump which was missing from the box. They very quickly responded and sent the pump.The wobble cushion works well for me – a physiotherapist asked me to balance on it to help a knee problem.There are no instructions with it and the pump I received has a tiny needle-like end for a large (say 3mm) hole in the cushion. But it seemed to work.

Great for core strength but I also bought it to use as a cushion for my back at work when I was pregnant – it was just the right size to fit against the back rest of my chair and the grips meant it didn’t fall. Comes with its own pump and stays inflated for ages.Since have used it for core post partum!

I ordered a larger one so that I can do more with it. There a choice of colours and two sizes. A fantastic price and it’s thick and strong. You have to take care when inserting the needle not to puncture it and it takes a time to inflate but that’s also exercise in itself…Ordered on the Thursday evening and arrived a day early. I bought this wobble cushion after seeing a physiotherapist for knee and hip pain due to hypermobility. She recommended standing on it for a few minutes each day, to help build muscles in my knees and ankles. It takes my weight easily (around 9 stone), and feels very sturdy. I have also started sitting on it when I am at my desk when working from home, and I’ve found that it prevents me from sitting in the strange positions which I usually end up in but which put lots of strain on my joints! I’ve got a nice purple one. Comes with a pump that works well.
