    This has worked well so far, and the board is made of good quality materials too. It was easy to use, I think the colouring is really useful as it allowed me to quickly attach the handles, and the board folds so it can be easily stored away.

This is due to the fact that I can now do planks and push ups while gripping handles.( I was previously using weights).The handles are easy to remove and rearrange.
