Anti-burst and Durable
Honey Comb Structure makes it deflate slowly if punctured by accident; so you won't fall straight to the ground. Designed for longer exercise sessions.

For Strength and Stability
Enough large for you to sit, lie, or lean while exercising. Thickened fitness ball lets you improve your core balance and whole body strength.

Anti-slip Workout
Slightly textured surface makes exercise confidently without losing comfort. Push your body weight to get resistance from the slip-free movement.
Why This 65cm Exercise Ball Works
Whether you're building core strength, correcting posture from years of desk work, or rehabilitating an injury, this Swiss ball delivers professional results at home.
The 65cm diameter is the most versatile size for UK users—perfect height for exercises, fits under standard UK desks (typically 73cm) for active sitting, and suits the majority of adults comfortably.
Unlike cheap alternatives that lose air quickly or burst unexpectedly, this anti-burst gym ball uses heavy-duty construction rated for intense daily use. From weighted ab exercises to eight-hour workdays, it performs consistently.
Anti-Burst Technology for Complete Safety
Safety is paramount when exercising or sitting on inflatable equipment.
This anti-burst gym ball features unique honeycomb internal structure. If punctured by a sharp object, the ball deflates slowly and safely over several minutes—never explosive popping.
You remain protected during weighted exercises, intense core work, or prolonged office sitting. The controlled deflation gives you time to safely dismount without risk of sudden falls or injury.
This safety feature is particularly important when using the ball as a ball chair for office work or during exercises with dumbbells and other equipment.
Professional Heavy Duty Construction
This isn't a flimsy beach ball or cheap fitness accessory. It's a heavy duty gym ball engineered for serious use.
Premium PVC Construction:
- 250kg+ weight capacity – Supports users of all sizes plus weighted exercises
- High-density material – Maintains shape through years of daily use
- Eco-friendly composition – Phthalate-free, skin-safe material
- Textured surface – Non-slip finish improves grip during exercises
- Reinforced seams – Professional-grade durability
The robust construction withstands intense ab workouts, weighted exercises with dumbbells, and prolonged daily sitting without losing firmness or shape.
Transform Your Core Training
Using a stability ball creates natural instability during exercises. Your core muscles work significantly harder maintaining balance compared to floor-based training—making every movement more effective.
Complete Core Development
Ab and Core Exercises:
- Ball crunches targeting upper abs
- Stability ball planks engaging entire core
- Dead bugs for deep core activation
- Russian twists for obliques
- Pike rolls for advanced core strength
Lower Body Strength:
- Hamstring curls building posterior chain
- Glute bridges activating hip muscles
- Wall squats for quad development
- Hip flexor stretches improving mobility
Upper Body Training:
- Dumbbell chest presses on unstable surface
- Push-ups with hands or feet elevated
- Shoulder exercises requiring stabilisation
- Back extensions strengthening posterior muscles
Flexibility Work:
- Spinal decompression relieving back tension
- Hip opening stretches
- Full-body relaxation poses
The unstable surface forces deeper muscle engagement than stable exercises. Your workouts become more effective without adding extra time.
Perfect Swiss Ball for Sitting
Suffering from stiff, aching back muscles whilst working from home?
Swapping your static office chair for this Swiss ball for sitting transforms passive sitting into active core engagement throughout your workday.
How Active Sitting Works
When you sit on a posture ball, your body makes constant micro-adjustments maintaining balance. These small movements:
- Engage deep core stabiliser muscles
- Promote natural spinal alignment
- Reduce lower back compression
- Prevent slouching that causes pain
- Keep muscles active throughout the day
- Improve circulation from subtle movement
Why UK Office Workers Love This
Many customers use this as their primary ball chair for office work. The 65cm height fits perfectly under standard UK desks, and the constant subtle movement prevents the stiffness that develops from static sitting.
Getting Started with Office Use:
Start with 30-minute sessions and gradually increase duration as your core strengthens. Your back adapts to the active sitting position, building endurance over time.
Position the posture ball so your knees form 90-degree angles and feet sit flat on the floor. Maintain upright posture with shoulders back—the ball naturally encourages proper alignment.
The Versatile Large Yoga Ball
Beyond traditional fitness, this large yoga ball serves multiple purposes:
Pregnancy Use
For dedicated pregnancy support, labour preparation, SPD relief, and back pain during pregnancy, see our Anti-Burst Maternity Ball — specifically designed and midwife-recommended for expectant mothers. This 65cm gym ball can be used for gentle general exercise during pregnancy, but always consult your midwife or healthcare provider first.
Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation
Physiotherapists recommend exercise balls for rehabilitation because the gentle instability rebuilds strength and balance safely. The core ball supports controlled movements without excessive joint stress.
Children's Active Seating
Kids benefit from active sitting too. The movement outlet helps children focus whilst studying or doing homework, channelling energy productively.
Stretching and Recovery
Use the ball for deep stretches that release tight muscles after workouts or long days. The curved surface supports your body whilst enabling fuller range of motion than floor stretching.
Is This Ball Right for Your Height?
Choosing correct size ensures both safety and comfort.
| Your Height | Recommended Approach |
|---|---|
| Under 5'4" (163cm) | Inflate to 50–60% capacity for a lower, comfortable seating height |
| 5'4" – 6'1" (163-185cm) | ✓ This 65cm ball — ideal fit at full inflation |
| Over 6'1" (185cm+) | Consider a larger 75cm ball for optimal ergonomics |
Weight capacity: Supports up to 250kg — suitable for all users and weighted exercises.
Shorter users: If you're under 5'4", you can still use this ball by inflating to 50-60% capacity for lower seating height.
Proper Inflation Guide
New exercise balls require correct inflation for best performance. The heavy-duty PVC material needs time to stretch to full size.
Tip: An electric pump, bike pump, or sports inflation adaptor inflates the ball significantly faster. The included foot pump works well but takes 10–15 minutes of pumping to reach full capacity — a worthwhile note if you have mobility limitations.
Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Initial Inflation
Inflate to approximately 80% capacity using the included foot pump. The ball will look slightly smaller than expected—this is normal.
Step 2: Allow Material to Stretch
Leave the ball for 24 hours. This allows the PVC to stretch and settle into its final shape.
Step 3: Complete Inflation
Top up to 100% capacity the following day. The ball should now reach proper 65cm diameter.
Step 4: Verify Size
Measure the ball's height. It should stand approximately 65cm tall. If it feels too soft, add more air.
This process ensures your gym ball reaches proper size and firmness. Skipping the waiting period may result in an undersized ball that feels too soft.

Does what it says on the tin, slightly bigger than I anticipated but still sturdy and comfortable.

I have mobility issues, so I am unable to go out and do exercise. So, I choose this, I bounce on it every morning and evening for at least 15 minutes or until I feel my heart speeding up.To inflate It took about 15 minutes, I used the foot pump which makes it easy to inflate. It comes with a foot pump. You can use your foot or hands to pump the ball up. It also comes with 2 air stoppers and detailed instructions for you to follow. The ball is made from high-quality material, it is very durable and lightweight.I am very pleased with it the ball, by using it for a week I lost 3 pounds in weight. 5 out of 5 stars, I would highly recommend it.

I’ve been wanting an exercise ball to use at home for ages. I exercise a lot but since suffering from a herniated disc I’m really trying to work harder on improving core strength, and an exercise ball is great for core exercises! It’s not as easy as unpack and pump it up, the instructions are quite specific. You need to leave the deflated ball sat for two hours at room temperature, then you can inflate using the pump provided to 80%. You’re then supposed to wait a further 24 hours before inflating it to 100%, and then another 24 hours before you use it! The pump is a bit hard work, but I don’t have any electric pumps handy. However, once I had done all this the exercise ball is as expected and I’ve used it for a few exercises now without issue.I also really like the colour!

Perfect for the needs
Touchdown –
I’ve had this black mat for a year and a half, and it is showing very little sign of wear and tear. It is my outdoor exercise mat and gets used several times a week, and has stood up to the punishment superbly. It’s very thick and so comfortable, (I use it on a concrete surface, and when I do things like reverse crunches there is no discomfort on my spine).I was so impressed by it, I bought a purple one to use as my indoor mat.
Patrycja –
Easy to inflate but not with provided pump. Hand pump is useless, luckily i had electric one. Could blow it but my lungs are not that strong. Feels strong and durable , hopefully stays like this. Very pretty colour. Feels solid.Good for exercising, sitting , postpartum exercises or pregnancy exercises. I use it to exercise my lower spine.
Book Reader –
This yoga ball comes with a hand pump. A previous yoga ball we had at the community centre supplied pump never really worked but this Romix pump is well made and does pump the yoga ball up relatively fast.Followed instructions, pumped up the ball to 80% of it’s size. Left over night. Pumped up to full size. After a few days use the ball did need a short extra pump up to replace lost air but not as much as expected. This ball is as large as previous yoga balls. Used in centre by a yoga group for exercises. They say it’s perfect and like the bright colour too. Also used by an administrator as their office chair for a day and said comfortable. Overall an impressive yoga ball for the price.

Really recommended. Easy to inflate. Excellent quality.

I’m not too sure what to say here other than this is Swiss ball that comes with a hand pump. I haven’t used that as I have an electric one because I have to inflate and deflate for each class. For the same reason I can’t comment on how well the ball stays inflated. It’s fine.
SuzieQ –
Very happy with this I use it for Pilates, and it’s long enough so I done keep falling off at one end or the other as I change from one movement to another.
JoleneJolene –
I use this for PVC exercise ball for correcting my posture at my desk. It’s also fun to exercise and stretch with. The ball is easy to inflate and comes with its own manual pump. The honeycomb structure allows for slow deflation. It’s completely robust and non-slip and I like the purple colour. It’s good for back stretches. Great value.
Eatingcheerios –
Great color, love that it came with an easy to use pump and spare plug!! It’s not as firm when fully inflated as others I’ve had, I wouldn’t be confident in using it as a birthing ball as I just don’t feel that it gives enough support for that. However for anything else it’s great.

Mr Bigsby –
My wife is the “big Ball user” so has kindly sum=bmitted the following review:This 65cm yoga ball seems to be decent quality, and has the right amount of grip on its surface, so that it doesn’t slip. It comes with its own pump pump for inflation, and as per the instructions, I inflated it to approximately 80% of it’s capacity, then left it for 24 hours before going back and inflating fully. And then I tried it out.You can use these yoga balls for various types of exercise, and they are really helpful when doing lower back exercises and physiotherapy, but I actually use mine for yoga. Instead of starting my practice sitting on my mat (which still feels pretty hard for my older bones!), I start off doing my warm up stretches on a yoga ball. It’s more comfortable and gives me the range of movement that I need. It’s also particularly helpful with back stretches. A great basic product for a reasonable price.

I have been using this fitness ball for the last few weeks and have been very impressed with it, Its offers great support for certain Yoga and muscle building exercises and has been a great tool for me to use.The ball itself is very vivid in the purple colour, which I personally quite like and is made from a very robust and thick rubber meaning its comfy to use and will not puncture easily. The ball also comes with a bright purple hand pump to inflate the ball (although you can also use an electric pump if you prefer) and x2 plugs, which I thought was very handy. The quality on the pump is also good, and I easily inflated the ball within 10 min without any great strain on myself. The ball also holds its air well, and only required a minor “top up” of air after 9 days, which was also very impressive.Overall I would highly recommend this product!

I’m 37 weeks pregnant and have suffered badly with SPD and tailbone pain from early pregnancy & I wish I’d have bought this sooner! So comfy to sit on & stops the pain for me, also helpful during braxton hicks! Will 100% use in labour (hospital one) easy to inflate and really durable. Make sure you buy the right one for your height I think that’s where people go wrong. Can’t recommend enough though!
Paul –
Comes with a pump – which takes an absolute age to pump the ball up. Ended up using an electrical inflator for most of the inflation and then finishing off with the hand pump.Have been using it for the past two days and love the product.Feels sturdy and hope it will be long lasting. Very reasonable price
Miss amanda Lowe –
Had to blow it up with my car pump…much simpler!
Just a person –
This yoga ball comes with a decent pump, so is easy to inflate. Its colour is pleasant and it keeps the air impressively. It is useful to use for pregnancy or yoga practice, or daily stretching exercise. It is also useful as a desk chair, to keep a good posture. I like having one about in the house for multiple uses.
Robert Hardie –
This is great to use for stretching. The ball is very strong but very accommodating and flexible. It is easy to pump up with the included pump. Likewise, it collapses and is compact for storage or travelling.
Bluefunk –
There’s a couple of things to be aware of with this product, firstly before you buy, make sure you get the right size, if you are 5’8” or taller get the 75cm ball, below 5’8” and it’s the 65 cm ball. Once you’ve bought it, then do look at the amazon product page for instructions on blowing it up, as there are none included with the ball, although a decent pump is included. In fact there’s nothing other than the ball and the pump included, so if you want suggested exercises then look on social media. Otherwise this is a good quality product, it feels like it will ast, unlike some other exercise balls we have had. All in all a good addition to your home gym.

I firstly got this as they use them in my sons special needs school and he been asking for one, this arrived and it’s perfect and a colour he likes. He often comes out angry as his reward time has been cut short as its been time for him to come home and leave the ball they have at the school. This one is anti burst and suitable for children and adults. It’s made of a thick pvc that is latex and bpa free .It’s designed with a honey comb structure making it if it got a hole it would deflate slowly. It arrives in a box flat packed but comes with a pump which I personally thought was rubbish and I couldn’t use it due to pain with repetitive movements. There is a plug puller tool and 2 plugs included. The ball is non slip and helps improve posture and balance or just gives a sensory feedback .This has had so many uses for myself and my son getting use

I have spinal stenosis and suffer from a lot of back pain. I have often joked and said I need to be put on a rack and stretched as my back feels compressed a lot of the time. This is not a rack, but it is the next best thing and much kinder. The ball arrives flat ready to inflate, you get a foot pump with it to make the task easy. The foot pump is a bellows type and is very effective. The pump when used slowly does make a noise like a dog’s squeaky toy, that was fun lol, I have included the video of that to make you smile. I had looked at these last year but then I was 5 stone heavier and worried about using one. I still have a way to go with weight loss but feel confident in the ball holding my weight. It is made from a very durable PVC that is soft to the tough and doesn’t feel cold. The difference it makes to my back is amazing, it is extremely relaxing to stretch my back over the ball. I have watched some physio videos showing how to do spine decompression and it feels amazing afterwards. Doing it 3 times a day is making a difference to my pain levels. I have plucked up the courage to sit on the ball and it is super strong and very good for posture. It can be used while watching TV, listening to music or audio books, much better than slouching on the settee and when I do slouch on the settee the ball makes a brilliant foot rest.Fantastic price.

Great for pregnancy exercises! Has really helped with muscle and hip pains.
Totnes Nigel –
This seems like a robust well made fitness ball. The colour – purple – is very good indeed. One of the downsides is the complete lack of any informations about it – one of those “work it out for yourself” ones! There is a pump – colour co-ordinated – included. I note some people say that the ball is easy to inflate with the pump – certainly wasn’t the case for ours – it took a bit of effort to say the least. Other than the pump it comes with 4 stoppers and a couple of tools to remove the stoppers. Once inflated it really is robust and exercising on it is easy enough. It would be easy to give this a wipe over and it seems pretty similar to some seen in a local gym.Not a bad buy if you know what you are doing. If all else fails give it to a 3 year old grandson – he loved playing with/on it!!
Jennifer S –
It is a good product. We are satisfied with the purchase before we put our cat on it… the ball was not sturdy enough for her paws…

Really easy to inflate, does not easily lose firmness
Keris Nine –
This is an excellent quality exercise ball that is great for light exercise and stretching, improving core strength, and building up to more intensive exercises, sit-ups and yoga positions. It comes in a plain box with no instructions, but when you’ve got a deflated ball, a pump and two stoppers, it should be fairly easy to work out that all you have to do is inflate it. Actually, it’s just a bit more complicated than that, and I would recommend that you read the product instructions on the Amazon page that tell you how to ‘prep’ the ball for inflation. In short, you ideally need to unfold it and leave it for a couple of hours at room temperature. Then inflate it using the pump provided up to 80% – the pump is good and it doesn’t take much effort to inflate. Leave it for another 24 hours and then inflate it fully until the ball is firm, and then leave it for a while before you do any heavy activity with it. I don’t think you need to worry that it will explode – the material feels thick but flexible. So far I’ve only used the ball for gentle exercise before trying anything more ambitious, but already after a couple of hours a day just sitting on this watching TV or at a desk, rolling and doing a few stretches, it’s surprising how good this is at strengthening the core muscles and loosing joints to ease any stiffness or pains. I don’t think it’s great for improving posture as a desk seat, as I still found I got tightness in my shoulders working on a computer, but there are other benefits and a strengthened core might reduce those neck and shoulder pains. The Amazon brand Romix exercise ball comes in two sizes, 65 and 75 centimetres that you can choose based on your height from the guide chart in the pictures on this page. It’s definitely good quality, good value and it really does work, making light exercise and stretching really easy, but it’s also versatile for all levels of toning and workouts. It might have been good if some examples of exercises could have been provided as instructions and there should really have been inflation instructions provided, but otherwise I’m very happy with this.

This is a review for Romix. Essentials Exercise Fitness Ball Yoga Swiss Ball with Hand Pump for Home and Gym 75cm (Blue)A competent and well made exercise ball, available in three different colours. The ball inflates to a size of 75cm and once fully inflated feels very stable and solid to do exercise with, the surface is smooth and can easily be wiped down for cleaning purposes. Comes with a small hand pump which whilst not the best quality does the job I suppose. The ball is made from a thick tough durable PVC material and can be collapsed down to fit into a medium sized bag for transporting. Overall well made, well priced exercise ball.
