This is great, my son has enjoyed adding it into his workouts, Comfy shaped handles and great resistance, much better than a similar one I had years ago, great variety in range of ability I cannot go down far without having to come back up again where my son can roll it out practically flat to the floor and still get back up again so suits all ability’s, very pleased and would highly recommend

it is easy to use with the foam knee pad !!, it has a sticker with arrows which i presume to show you which way to roll it, i have back problems i found i can do more each day without problems i highly reccommend

This is a premium roller and mine came with the knee pad. Makes my workout easier. My only concern is the life span of the spring inside and if it is covered by any warranty.

very good product i got some nice abs doing this abs workout you really feel all six abs workout but the only thing i dont like is the knee pad you get with it . It dosent really help in anyway it just slips of your knee.

I wasn’t wrong this roller does everything you want but not costing a huge amount of money, the recoil is beneficial and great handles. Another good buy from Amazon

i have usually used the rollers that have two wheels in the middle which are more “stable” but this one, due to the barrel shape, requires you to use much more muscle and focus to keep it stable. it does mean the rolling action is slower, but much more intense.

This is a huge improvement on typical roll out apparatus. Stability and versatility coupled with the spring load enhance the usability. This is a solid piece of kit that will give excellent results quickly (if you use it correctly. Assembly is simple, alternative exercises would be beneficial yet are not included. Raising your knees off the ground will make using the kit harder and give more of a workout.

Livraison rapide…J ai 1m85 pour 85kg, il semble assez solide et ergonomique…Pour débuter, alors que je suis sportif… Je ressent déjà le travail après 3 séries de 12 au niveau des abdos et bas du dos.Pensez à votre souplesse à muscler votre dos afin d utiliser au maximum vos performances sur ce produit et les résultats suivront…Je pense que c est un bon produit, je verrai après 2 semaines de travail régulier mes résultats.

It is not very bad. Very light, and easy to assemble, But, it is not fixed by screws. So the handle is not firmly fixed.

Amazing for a beginner ab roller. Make sure you watch a video on how to use it properly and start with a small distance. I suggest AthleanX’s video. It doesnt spring you back strongly and gives enough help when you need it. I’ve used it daily since I bought it and I can feel it in my abs and can already see definition. Great for the price!!
